The day we have been anticipating for a long time came on Aug. 13, 2006 when the Hsinchu TEAM church installed our first full-time pastor. We have had missionaries, tent-making elders and lay-leaders work with us for many years, but for the first time we have a full-time pastor. It is hard to describe the difference in how it feels to me....I guess it is mostly the sense that there is someone who is called of God to oversee and offer guidance to the flock.
